Use the Gua Sha with light pressure in sweeping upward, outward strokes. Start from your chin and jaw, working in upward movements gliding over cheekbones, temples and eyebrows. Perform each movement 8 to 10 times in your routine to maximise the benefits. Gua Sha can also benefit the body physically, bringing deeper healing benefits when used on pressure points to ease tension headaches and body aches and pains.
